🛒 What's In It?
- 1 cup Ground Chicken (or Cauliflower)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg (to bind the crust)
- Sugar-free Tomato Sauce
- Pepperoni & Oregano
- Pinch of Garlic Powder
👨🍳 Instructions
1. The Base: Mix your ground chicken (or steamed cauliflower) with the egg and some cheese. Flatten it onto a baking sheet in a pizza shape.
2. Pre-bake: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until the edges are crispy.
3. Toppings: Add your sugar-free sauce, more cheese, and pepperoni. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
