- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or any milk)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries
- 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions: Simply combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight). Top with fresh nuts before eating!
